Welcome to Restobudd ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide a Multi-Vendor Restaurant Management Platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our restaurant software, including POS, KDS, Inventory, and associated services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
"User," "you," and "your" refer to the individual or entity (Restaurant Owner/Vendor) accessing or using our Services.
"Branch" refers to an individual restaurant location managed under a Vendor's account.
"Content" includes but is not limited to menu items, text, graphics, software, and other material provided by or through the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use our Services.
To use our Services, you must register for an account as a Restaurant Owner. You are responsible for maintaining accurate, complete information for your business and its branches.
Restaurant Owners may create sub-users (e.g., Managers, POS Operators, Kitchen Staff). The Restaurant Owner is solely responsible for the actions, data entry, and security of these sub-users. RestoBudd is not liable for internal errors or unauthorized actions taken by your staff using the platform.
Owners are responsible for the settings and billing of all branches created under their account. Each branch must comply with these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use RestoBudd for your internal business operations. All platform software remains the property of Restobudd.
You retain rights to your menu and sales data. You grant us a license to host this data to provide the POS and reporting services.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent practices, or to reverse-engineer our software architecture.
Our Privacy Policy, available at restobudd.com/privacypolicy, describes how we handle vendor and customer data.
Our Services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly during local internet or hardware failures at your restaurant.
Restobudd is a software provider only. We are not responsible for the quality of food, service, or customer safety at your restaurant. We shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from business operations.
You agree to indemnify Restobudd against claims arising from your restaurant's business operations or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend access if subscription fees are unpaid or if these Terms are breached.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Lahore.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
